Tied to your Discord account. Choosing a voice is free; add the option only if you want to adjust its pitch and resonance.

## Frequently asked questions

### How are the 40 hours per month counted?

We count the time the bot stays in a voice channel, per server, per UTC calendar month. What counts is the time the bot is in the channel, not how much it speaks, and the count stops when the bot leaves the channel. We post a notice in Discord when usage reaches 90% and again at 100%. Once the limit is reached, the bot stays in the channel until it leaves, but the next /join is refused until the next month or until you switch to Plus.

### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel any plan anytime. Cancel Plus from the dashboard and the personal voice plan from the voice settings page. The canceled plan's features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

### How do I pay?

We accept credit card payments processed securely via Stripe.

### Can I use it on multiple servers?

Yes. Plus is a per-server subscription — sign up individually for each server you'd like to upgrade.
